Fresh to strong southwesterly winds veering northwest through the day, with gusts of 35 to 55 kph, strongest along the coast. The evening turning drier with partly cloudy skies and temperatures falling to 5 to 9 degrees overnight.
Visibility generally good but may be locally reduced in any heavier rain during the morning. Western coastal areas particularly exposed to the brisk winds with wave heights elevated along Atlantic-facing shores. Inland areas experiencing lighter winds and less rain overall.
