Happy Friday.
Today I decided to finally upgrade my Door Game Server and Synchronet BBS from 3.19 to 3.20.
I started with the game server which is running Win 7 32bit. Update went smooth as butter.
I then updated my Synchronet BBS Win 11 64bit. The update again went smooth without any errors during the update.
I started SBBS and logged in to start testing everything. Everything was working great until I tried to RLOGIN to my Door Game Server.
I got "!ERROR -1 (49) binding to socket rlogin.js: Failed to connect to remote host
I decided to try telneting to Vert. I got "!ERROR -1 (49) binding to socket telgate.js: Failed to connect to remote host
I shut down SBBS and rebooted my server and tried again. Same errors while trying RLOGIN and TELNET outbound from the BBS. I chatted with a few other Synchronet Sysops running 3.2, and we compared settings, nothing worked to resolve the issue on my end.
I rolled back to 3.19 and I am able to RLOGIN and TELNET outbound from Synchronet now.
(I did try outbound on my game server just for S&G and it worked fine)
Any help/ideas/thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

What do you have set for OutboundInterface in your ctrl/sbbs.ini file?

I had 0.0.0.0 set for outbound.
That's also the default. Normally, that would work fine.

That is what my game server outbbound is set to (on another server - 0.0.0.0) and it works just fine after the update.
After I clone my VM of my SBBS and try the update again, I will let you know if I get the same error or not.
Thank you for responding so quickly, DM!!
